Cocoonr is offering this flat for rent in Saint-Jean-d'Arves, within walking distance of the ski resort, featuring a shared swimming pool and views of the Aiguilles d'Arves.
It measures 28 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 28 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area - An open-plan kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs... - A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A bathroom with a bath, electric towel rail and toilet Outside: - A shared swimming pool with the residence (unheated), located opposite the accommodation Open only during the high season from June to September. - A 1.5 m² south-facing balcony to enjoy sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Jean-d'Arves, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: Skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, hiking Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park or in the free public car park 20 metres away. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: During the season, a free shuttle bus runs between the resort and Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne railway station. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge (concierge / housekeeping service). Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any household appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply. – Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - Children must be supervised by a parent whilst swimming.
