Cocoonr agency offers this 200 m² (2,153 sq ft) house in Vaour to rent for up to 10 guests.
It comprises a 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 700 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 70 m² dining room with a wood-burning insert (first fire free of charge)
- A lounge with a TV and sofas
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob (suitable for 10 people, 5 rings)...
- A utility room with an additional fridge and a washing machine
- Separate toilet
Upstairs:
- A reading corner
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190) and a shower cubicle
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: with four single beds
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- A 9 m² south-facing balcony
- Separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
- A south-facing, enclosed garden with trees, covering 700 m², and a 250 m² inner courtyard
- A south-facing terrace measuring 12 m x 6 m, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally situated in Vaour, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Things to do: - 15 km away, discover the fortified towns and medieval villages of Cordes-sur-Ciel, Penne, Bruniquel, Puycelsi and Castelnau-de-Montmiral. - Museums, vineyards, wine tastings and concerts amongst the vines nearby. - 10 mins away: the Maraval dunes, canoeing and nature walks. - A wide range of activities: horse riding, tennis, rock climbing, painting and moped rides. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (space for 4 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - A car is essential. - Nearest railway station: Vindrac Alayrac, 10 minutes’ drive away; Gaillac, 20 minutes’ drive away. - Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac, 1 hour 15 minutes’ drive away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - The wood-burning stove is in working order; the first fire is complimentary - Pets are welcome free of charge (on the ground floor only). One pet (cat or dog) only.
