The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in the town of Oz. It has a floor area of 86 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a garden of around 90 m². Wi-Fi and bed linen are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and first floor.
On the ground floor, you’ll find:
- A 25 m² living room with a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room with shower and toilet
On the first floor, you’ll find:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a mezzanine sleeping area with a second double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: a double sofa bed (140×190), a desk and a TV
- A shower room with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan.
Outside:
- A lovely 50 m² garden with trees, featuring a south-east-facing terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally situated in Oz, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (1 vehicle) or in the public car park near the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Grenoble, approximately 45 km away. - Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint-Exupéry, approximately 132 km away. A car is essential to make the most of the region. Other notes: - Bed linen is included, but towels are not provided and cannot be hired on site.
We recommend that you bring your own towels for your stay. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
