An elevator provides easy access between levels, along with a workout room and dedicated office space.
The large kitchen and dining area make it ideal for shared meals, celebrations, and time together. The cottage offers easy one-level living and is perfect for additional guests.
Enjoy a fun-filled game room with shuffleboard, foosball, and darts, plus a full kitchen, comfortable living area, and screened porch that leads directly to the pool. Step outside to experience everything this waterfront property has to offer.
Relax by the private pool (opens May 1st — pool photos coming soon!), walk down to the dock for kayaking and fishing, or explore the small beach area that appears at low tide. Whether you're spending the day on the water, relaxing poolside, dining at waterfront restaurants, or gathering on the decks for sunset views, Sunny Shores Retreat offers the perfect balance of relaxation, adventure, and unbeatable location. Things to Note: ***Maximum occupancy: 17 guests*** ***Same-Day Bookings: Please contact the host prior to booking to confirm the home has been cleaned and is available.*** ***Minimum Booking Age: 25+ We kindly request that no parties take place, and guests must be 25 years of age or older to book the home.
