Apartment Alverionis is a spacious two-storey retreat within an exclusive complex in Antiparos, offering generous accommodation for up to four guests and combining elegant interiors with beautiful views across the surrounding landscape and the Aegean Sea. Covering 110m², the apartment has been carefully arranged to provide comfort and privacy.
The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including an oven, hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and dining area, alongside a welcoming living room with a large sofa, Smart TV, fireplace and guest WC. Upstairs, two beautifully appointed master bedrooms each feature a king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom, while one also benefits from a relaxing bathtub.
In total, the apartment offers three bathrooms, making it an excellent choice for families or couples travelling together. Large windows and stylish interiors create bright living spaces, while the private balcony with its own swimming pool provides the perfect place to unwind while enjoying sea, mountain and pool views.
Air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, soundproofing, premium toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and private parking all contribute to a comfortable and carefree stay. Guests can also enjoy the facilities throughout the complex, including landscaped gardens, outdoor seating areas and a sun terrace.
Each morning, a continental breakfast featuring fresh local specialities, pastries, fruit, cheese, pancakes and juices is available, while breakfast in the apartment and room service can also be arranged. Apartment Alverionis enjoys an excellent location in Antiparos Town, less than 1km from Psaraliki Beach, allowing guests to explore the island's charming cafés, restaurants and beaches with ease, while Paros National Airport is approximately 9km away. Families are warmly welcomed, with complimentary cots available on request for children up to two years old, subject to availability.
