Our modern apartments, recently opened in 2025, are designed both for your trips to Logroño and to know the many tourist attractions that the city offers, and to provide accommodation when you need to attend business meetings, whatever option you choose, in ALAIA ROOMS we offer you what you are looking for. We are in the very center of the city, in its Old Town, surrounded by monuments and museums, in a magnificent natural environment next to the Ebro River and just a three minute walk from the famous Laurel Street, one of the best bar areas in Spain.
Anyway, if after an intense day you feel like having lunch or dinner at home, don't worry, the 17 apartments of ALAIA ROOMS have fully equipped kitchens where you can prepare the great meat, fish and vegetables that this land offers you. If in addition to cultural and gastronomic visits you need to spend working hours or simply access your social networks, you have free wifi connection.
Our spaces are designed to make you feel special, offering you an authentic and memorable experience.

Really comfortable studio apartment with a great kitchen. Bed was fantastic. Keyless entry was a bit confusing for me at first, but once I got the hang of it it worked great. The desk is staffed for much of the day if you need help. Wonderful location close to the river and the old part of Logrono, but in a quiet neighborhood.

Un alojamiento de 10, muy bien situado en el centro de Logroño totalmente nuevo y muy bien equipado. Cuidando cada detalle, sin lugar a dudas uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que hemos estado. Muy a tener en cuenta de la atención personal que ha sido inmejorable. A tener en cuenta parking gratuito a escasos 150 metros

La atención recibida por parte de Javier ha sido maravillosa por su amabilidad y su disposición a ayudar tanto en la llegada, durante, así como en la salida.
El apartamento está absolutamente limpio.. tienes cápsulas de café a tu disposición así como azúcar y dosis de aceite. Ha sido una estancia de matrícula de honor ! Enhorabuena ??????
