Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming flat for rent in Dinard, less than a kilometre from the beach.
It measures 58 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Wi-Fi is included – we look forward to welcoming you! Located on the first floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 20 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190), one of which has a desk - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet Outside: - An 18 m² south-west-facing balcony, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The flat is ideally situated in Dinard, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo, about 15 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Rennes, about 1 hour’s drive away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our partner on site). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
