The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 80 m² chalet in Matemale for rent, which can accommodate up to 5 guests.
It comprises a 40 m² living room (with a wood-burning stove), a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 700 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
On the first floor, you’ll find:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV, sofa, wood-burning stove, a dining area, and an open-plan fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A separate toilet
- An unfurnished balcony
On the second floor, you’ll find:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- A shower room (with shower and toilet)
Outside:
- A 700 m² garden enclosed by mountain timber fencing, perfect for enjoying sunny days
The chalet is ideally situated in Matemale, in a residential neighbourhood with a very peaceful and pleasant setting.
You’ll have access to all the essential shops (a 5-minute drive away). Activities: - Lake Matemale and its leisure park in summer - Ski slopes (Les Angles, Formiguères, etc.) 10 minutes’ drive away - Walks and hikes in the surrounding area Transport: A car is essential as there is no public transport.
You can park directly in the private car park (1 space). To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - The wood-burning stove is in working order; wood can be provided for an additional charge (€30 per stay). - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure you leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner).
