A 79-square-meter apartment on the 4th floor (no elevator), ideal for 5 people, with 3 bedrooms.

The apartment is ready for your arrival: it has been cleaned, linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay, and supplies are provided (coffee pods, tea, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent).
A dedicated concierge will welcome you and will be available throughout your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed.
The accommodation sleeps up to 5 people and is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
• A cozy living area, enhanced by Martinique-inspired decor, with a table and two benches for sharing meals, as well as a TV for relaxing.
• A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, and cutlery, so you can easily prepare your meals throughout your stay.
• A bathroom adjacent to the living area, equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
On the first floor:
• A first bedroom with a single bed (80 x 190), featuring a soft and colorful atmosphere true to the spirit of the Caribbean.
• A second bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200), perfect for resting after a day in the Martinican sun.
• A third bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200), also decorated in a warm, tropical style.
• A bathroom equipped with a shower, a sink, a washing machine, and a dryer—convenient for family stays.
• A separate toilet.
A true extension of the living space, the 10 m² covered terrace, furnished with a table and armchairs, is ideal for sharing a meal or simply enjoying a moment of relaxation.

On a clear day, you can even see as far as the famous Rocher du Diamant.
The panorama changes throughout the day, shifting from shades of turquoise in the morning to golden light at the end of the day—all in a peaceful setting, away from the hustle and bustle of town.
