The Cocoonr agency is offering this 230 m² house for rent in Deuil-la-Barre, which can accommodate up to 7 guests.
It comprises a 50 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 400 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and two upper floors.
On the ground floor, you’ll find:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A utility room
On the first floor, you’ll find:
- A 50 m² living area with a TV, bookcase, sofas and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… as well as a second dining area
- Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed (180×200)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
On the second floor, you will find:
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with a single bed
- A bathroom with a bath
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: a barbecue (charcoal), a high chair, a washing machine, a cot, a tumble dryer, and an iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
- A 400 m² enclosed garden facing south-west
- A 14 m² balcony facing south-west, furnished for enjoying sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Deuil-la-Barre, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: - Lake Enghien - Nearby parks - A visit to Paris - The Air and Space Museum Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest station: Barre Ormesson (line H), a 5-minute walk away - Nearest airport: Paris-Le Bourget, 12 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - The fireplace is not in working order - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our partner on site).
