Cozy 14 sqm studio apartment, ideal for one person, located on the second floor of a renovated historic building (no elevator). The property enjoys a strategic location just steps away from the Policlinico hospital, the Ballarò district, and the city center; the famous Royal Palace is less than a 15-minute walk away, while the Central Station is about a 10-minute walk.
The studio features a private bathroom.

The studio apartment is organized as follows:
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave oven, capsule coffee machine, and table;
- SLEEPING AREA with a single bed, wardrobe, and flat-screen TV (32-inch);
- PRIVATE BATHROOM with shower box, sink, and toilet (1 internal step).
FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, split-system air conditioning with heat pump, garment steamer, drying rack, and hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE: the outdoor area and stairs are under video surveillance; there are NO cameras inside the studio apartment.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

Le logement était impeccable avec tout le confort nécessaire et moderne, il est proche de la gare centrale à pieds 5-10min, le seul point c’est le bruit des travaux dans le bâtiment qui peuvent commencer le matin tôt.

En tant que premiers voyageurs, nous avons passé un super séjour ! L'appartement, fraîchement rénové, est d'une propreté impeccable. Pristojan smeštaj kao sa slike. Nalazi se ma drugom spratu zgrade. Apartman blizu centra ali sam kraj ne deluje bezbedno.
