The property is situated in a quiet area with good connections to Monza city center; the Cathedral and the Palazzo dell'Arengario are easily accessible either by public transport or via a relaxing walk.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a small terrace.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
