The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, electric hob, airfryer microwave, 2 x fridges, freezer, kettle, and toaster, while a ground-floor utility provides a washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a ground-floor twin bedroom. There is also a ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. TV and WiFi are included. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio and decking with furniture, private driveway parking for 1 small-to-medium car, permit parking for nearby on-street spaces on a first-come, first-served basis, and garage parking/storage suitable for 1 small car or secure bike storage.
