A modern 120 sqm apt located on the third floor of a period building, it is equipped with every comfort to comfortably host two adults and a child.
The apartment is located in a centrally located area (ZTL in Italian), less than 160 mt from Torresotto di Porta Nuova, in a neighborhood characterized by arcaded streets and historic buildings.
It is also just steps from the Church of San Salvatore and the central pedestrian area, lined with traditional restaurants, trattorias, and shopping streets. The apartment is located on the third floor of a period building with an elevator (6 steps to access). The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon your arrival. The space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed, dining table, TV, and split A/C; - KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine with pods, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses; - BEDROOM with double bed, clothes rack, wardrobe, mirror, and split A/C; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, split air conditioning (only in the living room and bedroom), independent heating, washing machine with dryer (near the bathroom), clothesline, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. High chair available upon request and subject to availability. Cots and cribs for children are available upon request.
