Sleeping Arrangements The property has two bedrooms: • Bedroom 1: Double bed and Smart TV • Bedroom 2: Single bed and Smart TV — ideal for a child or solo guest • Living room: Double sofa bed providing additional sleeping space for up to two guests Fresh linen and towels are provided for your stay. Bathroom The family bathroom features both a walk-in shower and separate bathtub, giving you the choice of a quick morning shower or a relaxing evening soak. Shampoo is also provided. Living & Working Space Make yourself at home in the comfortable living area, where you can: • Relax on the sofa after a day exploring Colchester • Enjoy your favourite programmes on the Smart TV • Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the property • Make use of the dedicated workspace for remote working or studying Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay and includes: • Fridge and freezer • Hob and oven • Microwave • Kettle • Toaster • Essential kitchenware Whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading out or enjoying a quiet meal at home, you’ll have everything you need.
