Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, while the sitting area includes a TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a twin. There is also a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is wraparound decking with a 3-seater hot tub and off-road parking for one car.
