Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), the flat is a dual-aspect property and is laid out as follows: Park side (west): - A 20 m² living room with a TV, two sofas and a dining area. - A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, a Nespresso pod coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hob… Car park side (east): - Two bedrooms with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a bath and washbasin - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board, tennis equipment, boules and table tennis. Outdoors: - A 10m² west-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A second 6m² east-facing balcony to enjoy sunny days - A shared swimming pool (open from 15 June to 20 September, subject to weather conditions), a tennis court, a boules court and a table tennis table are available on the estate The flat is ideally situated in Touques, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: - Swimming (nearby beaches and the estate’s swimming pool) - Tennis, boules and table tennis on the estate - Jazz concerts every Friday evening during the summer in Touques village square - Visits to Deauville (4 km away), Trouville-sur-Mer (3 km away) and Honfleur (16 km away) - Visits to the D-Day beaches Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private outdoor car park (two vehicles of any type). An electric vehicle charging point is available on the estate. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Deauville-Trouville railway station, 2 km away - Deauville-Normandie Airport, 7 km away - A free shuttle bus to the town centre stops about 800 m away (free car park) To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests.
