Located on the 2nd and top floor (no lift) of a historic 15th-century house, the accommodation comprises the following: - A 20 m² living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 single beds, 90×190), a TV and a dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob… - A north-facing bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a wardrobe. - A bathroom with a shower. - A separate toilet. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board. The flat is ideally situated in Rumilly, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: – Explore Rumilly town centre, just a 3-minute walk away. – Visit Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, 15 minutes away by car or train. – Hiking, walking, cycling, running, etc. – Cinema – Ski resort less than 1 hour 30 minutes away by car. A walk in the countryside, and access to the River Néphaz, directly from the rear of the building. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat (public car parks). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Rumilly railway station: 1.3 km – Lyon-Saint-Exupéry Airport: 115 km To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included. - Only one pet is permitted in the accommodation free of charge per stay. - End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests.
