Rapunzel on Tower is a two-bedroom house in Winchester city centre for up to six guests, with a private garden, one parking permit and dogs welcome.
It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a sofa bed for two. The bathroom has a bath and a shower, with a separate toilet.
On foot: station 4 minutes, High Street 5, cathedral 10. Guests have the whole house and garden.
A lockbox by the front door is used for self check-in, between 16:00 and 21:00. Check-out time is 10:00. We arrange one free digital parking permit for Zone R (Tower Street and Tower Road). We need the car's registration number, make and colour. ID check and deposit: after booking, the lead guest completes a short ID check and deposit step with our partner SafeGuest.
You choose either a Damage Deposit of £350 (your card is saved and nothing is taken up front; it can only be charged for a claim SafeGuest approves after check-out) or SafeGuest's No Deposit fee of £40 (a one-off fee paid to SafeGuest). If you can't use the photo ID check, message us and we'll arrange a short video call instead.

Your booking is on the Blue Puffin Stays Booking Terms (Guests) and the House Rules for this home. Dogs: a maximum of two. There is a pet fee. The last check-in time is 21:00. Late check-in is not possible. Pets: Allowed (maximum 2). Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.
Suitable for: children and infants.
Additional rules: During your stay - Dogs are welcome (up to 2); please ask us about any other pet. - Please tell us if anything breaks, rather than fixing it. Before you leave - Please leave used dishes in the sink or dishwasher, and rubbish in the kitchen bins. - Lock up, put the keys back in the lockbox and scramble the code. - Message us when you've left, so the cleaners can start. Our local Blue Puffin Stays team looks after Rapunzel on Tower.
Message us through your booking at any time: we reply between 8 am and 8 pm, seven days a week, and help with check-in until 9 pm. Your check-in details, with the lockbox instructions and an emergency number, arrive before your stay.
Check-in closes at 9 pm, so please plan to arrive by then. Rapunzel on Tower is on Tower Street, a quiet street at the edge of the centre of Winchester.
Walking times from the house: Theatre Royal and the Arc on Jewry Street 2 minutes; High Street shops and restaurants 5 minutes; Great Hall 7 minutes; Winchester Cathedral 10 minutes; the Guildhall 11 minutes; the Broadway 12 minutes; Wolvesey Castle 14 minutes; Royal Hampshire County Hospital 17 minutes; University of Winchester 19 minutes.

The lounge, dining area and kitchen are on the ground floor, and the kitchen has a door to the garden.
