Haven Cottage is a two-bedroom period cottage in Titchfield village for up to five guests, with an enclosed courtyard garden, a walk-in rain shower and free street parking.
Up to two dogs are welcome.
The cottage is on a quiet dead-end street, and The Square, with shops, cafés and pubs, is a one-minute walk away. You have the whole cottage and the courtyard garden.
Check-in is self check-in with a lockbox, from 4 pm to 9 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. Parking on Church Street is free and has no time limit. ID check and deposit: after booking, the lead guest completes a short ID check and deposit step with our partner SafeGuest.
You choose either a Damage Deposit of £350 (your card is saved and nothing is taken up front; it can only be charged for a claim SafeGuest approves after check-out) or SafeGuest's No Deposit fee of £40 (a one-off fee paid to SafeGuest). If you can't use the photo ID check, message us and we'll arrange a short video call instead.

Your booking is on the Blue Puffin Stays Booking Terms (Guests) and the House Rules for this home. Up to two dogs are welcome.
A pet fee applies. Pets: Allowed (maximum 2). Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.

Additional rules: During your stay - Dogs are welcome (up to 2); please ask us about any other pet. - Please tell us if anything breaks, rather than fixing it. Before you leave - Please leave used dishes in the sink or dishwasher, and rubbish in the kitchen bins. - Lock up, put the keys back in the lockbox and scramble the code. - Message us when you've left, so the cleaners can start. Our local Blue Puffin Stays team looks after Haven Cottage.
Message us through your booking whenever you need us: we answer from 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week, and help with check-in until 9 pm. Before you travel we send your check-in details, with the lockbox instructions and an emergency number.
Check-in closes at 9 pm, so please arrive before that time. The cottage is on Church Street, a short dead-end street off The Square in the centre of Titchfield village.
Walking times from the cottage: The Square and the Co-op, 1 minute; Titchfield Abbey, 14 minutes; Titchfield Haven nature reserve, 32 minutes, along the path beside the old canal.
Driving times: Stubbington, 6 minutes; Hill Head beach, 8 minutes; Whiteley Shopping Centre, 8 minutes; Lee-on-the-Solent, 11 minutes; Hamble, 15 minutes; Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth, 20 minutes. The cottage has two floors.
The ground floor has an open-plan kitchen and dining room, a lounge with a sofa bed, and a separate toilet.
The first floor has two bedrooms and a shower room.
The cottage has been renovated and keeps its period style. There is no cot and no high chair. Bathrooms - First floor: shower room with a walk-in rain shower - Ground floor: separate toilet Shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are provided. Kitchen The kitchen has an oven, a hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle.
There are pots, pans, a baking sheet, plates, cutlery and wine glasses.
Tea and coffee are provided for the start of your stay.
The dining table is next to the kitchen. Lounge The lounge has sofas, a flatscreen TV and a sound system.
Sliding doors separate the lounge from the kitchen and dining room.
Close them for a quiet room, or open them to make one large space. Garden The courtyard garden is behind the cottage.
It is fully enclosed and has outdoor seating. Please note - Parking spaces next to the cottage are limited.
If the street is full, there is more free parking in the village. - The rooms are compact, as is usual in a period cottage.
