Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned flat with a shared swimming pool for rent in the town of Mougins.
It measures 24 m² and can accommodate up to two guests.
Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you! Located on the 3rd floor (with a lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 19 m² air-conditioned living room with a TV, double sofa bed and dining area - An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob… - A shower room with shower and WC Outside: - A west-facing balcony (1.20 m × 3.50 m) with outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A shared swimming pool (unheated) open from 15 May to 15 September.
There are three pools (a paddling pool, a small pool and a large pool) supervised by lifeguards. The flat is ideally situated in Mougins, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park (1 vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Cannes railway station is 8 km away - Nice Airport is 21 km away It is advisable to have a car, but it is not essential. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure you leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner).
