Cocoonr is offering this 90 m² holiday home in La Richardais for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you! The rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor, you will find: - A 45 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (140×190) and a dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs… - A bathroom with shower and toilet - A 20 m² conservatory with furniture On the first floor, you will find: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (2 beds measuring 90×190) - A bathroom with a bath and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron. Outside: - A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of 500 m² facing north-west The house is ideally situated in La Richardais, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: - La Richardais Sailing Club, on the banks of the Rance. - The Manoli Museum in La Richardais, dedicated to monumental sculpture. - Pleasant walks along the banks of the Rance. - Numerous beaches just 10 to 15 minutes’ drive away: Dinard, Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Malo and their magnificent coastlines. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (1 vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo, approximately 6 km away - Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne, approximately 75 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
