Pets must be flea-treated, never left alone in the property and kept off the furniture. Quiet hours: 22:00 to 07:00. Pets: Allowed (maximum 1). Smoking: Not allowed.

Additional rules: No smoking or vaping inside the property. No parties or events: our homes are in residential streets. Pets only where the listing says they're welcome: up to 2 pets, with a pet fee. Ask us first: we confirm in writing before you arrive. Please keep noise down, especially after 10pm. Everyone staying must be on the booking, and no more guests than it says. Tell us straight away about anything broken, so we can fix it. Before you leave: close the windows, leave used towels on the bathroom floor, put rubbish in the bins provided, and lock up and return the keys as your check-out instructions say. Guests must be 18 or over.
