The Cocoonr agency is offering this air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Périgueux.
It has a floor area of 200 m² and can accommodate up to 11 guests. It comprises a lovely 70 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 300 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A living room with a seating area featuring a double sofa bed and a dining area - A fully fitted kitchenette - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - A shower room (with shower) and toilet - A workspace - A garage with a fitted gym area and 2 bicycles available for your use. Upstairs: - A 70 m² living area with a TV - An open-plan kitchen, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3 with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4 with two single beds and a pull-out bed - A bathroom (with bath) - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, table, iron, Cookeo multi-cooker and air fryer. Outside: - A south-facing balcony running the length of the front of the house, measuring 1 x 5m. - A 25 m² north-facing terrace - A 6 x 3m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from April to October, secured by an alarm.
