We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Getting around is a breeze with multiple bus stops just steps from the apartment, including the Cheltenham Promenade stop.
Cheltenham Spa Railway Station is a short bus ride away, providing convenient links to London and other major cities. Please note, for any bookings over 10 nights, a mandatory in-stay clean (not including linen) will be conducted every 7 days. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Welcome to our cosy 16 sqm studio, perfect for 2 guests.

I had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the three days here. The place was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The location was also great. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for having me!

Perfect location in central Cheltenham. Compact studio, as expected, but with everything needed for our one-night stay. Very central but quiet and private. Would stay again.
