We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Getting around is a breeze with multiple bus stops just steps from the apartment, including the Cheltenham Promenade stop.
Cheltenham Spa Railway Station is a short bus ride away, providing convenient links to London and other major cities. Please note, for any bookings over 10 nights, a mandatory in-stay clean (not including linen) will be conducted every 7 days. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Welcome to our cozy 16 sqm studio, perfect for 2 guests.

This Cheltenham accommodation was perfect if you just need a bed and bathroom for 1 or 2 people however it is quite small for the price and there is no air con or fans in the place making it extremely hot when the suns out. However it is right in the centre of town near a bunch of restaurants and a shopping village and the hosts communication was very good and quick.
