The property is within walking distance of the ski resort, has a floor area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a 19 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, and a garden of approximately 450 m². The property is laid out as follows: – A 19 m² living area with a TV lounge, a dining area and a fitted kitchen, including: an electric kettle, a filter coffee machine, an oven, a toaster, a dishwasher and hobs… – A bedroom with a double bed (140x190). – A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a bunk bed (90x190) on the mezzanine. – A shower room with a shower and washbasin. – A separate toilet. – A ski storage room. – A utility room with a fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: – A private, shaded garden of 450 m². – A 9 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally situated in Bolquère, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: – winter sports at the Pyrénées 2000 resort – hiking on the GR 10 – sports and leisure activities at Le Termanal, including a treetop adventure course and bowling Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Bolquère railway station, approximately 4 km away - Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée Airport, approximately 88 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: – Pets are allowed in the accommodation. – Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request, at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner).
