CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: A two-bedroom flat on a quiet Kensington corner, moments from Notting Hill Gate.
Set over two floors, with a large living room that opens onto a leafy communal garden, a marble kitchen and dining space, and two calm, characterful bedrooms.
Huge windows fill it with light throughout.
A comfortable, well-connected base for a longer stay on the Kensington and Notting Hill border. Guests have the whole flat to themselves, plus use of the communal garden, reached through the living room.
The flat is one of several apartments in the building, so the main entrance and stairwell are shared with other residents.
Underground parking can be arranged as a paid extra on request (a single space in the garage on Bedford Gardens). Check-in is by meet and greet, so a member of the team will be there to welcome you and show you round. No pets, please.
This is a strict rule, as the owner has a severe allergy.
No smoking anywhere in the flat.
The garden is shared with the building, so please be mindful of noise in the evenings.
Parking is a paid extra rather than included.
We partner with TRUVI to carry out secure guest ID verification, helping to ensure a safe and trusted stay for all parties.
Once you have completed verification with TRUVI, your stay will be protected by Guest Guarantee and you'll benefit from an accidental damage cover. Quiet hours: 23:00 to 07:00. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.
Not suitable for children or infants.
Reason: Sorry no children allowed.
Additional rules: Strictly no parties or noise after 11pm as it is a residential building. No candles inside due to fire safety. The flat is managed by the Curated Property team.
We are available whenever you need us, but happy to leave you to enjoy your stay in peace.
A local team is on hand for anything practical, and there is a building caretaker for anything relating to the shared areas. Campden Street is a quiet, handsome street in the heart of Kensington, W8, moments from the buzz of Notting Hill Gate but a world away from it once you close the door.
Kensington Church Street, with its antique shops, galleries and restaurants, is on the doorstep.
Notting Hill and the Portobello Road market are a short walk north, and Holland Park, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are all within easy reach.
Kensington Palace and the shops of High Street Kensington round out one of London's most desirable pockets. The flat sits on the corner of Campden Street, in a quiet pocket of Kensington.
Inside, it is unusually light and full of character: huge windows throughout, pale oak floors, mid-century furniture and a good deal of original art. In the living room the glass runs floor to ceiling, so sun and greenery pour in from morning to evening.
It is arranged over two floors, with the living space at garden level and the bedrooms above. Living Room A large, sunny reception room with plenty of space to spread out across sofas and armchairs.
Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors run along one side and open straight onto the garden, so the room fills with light and green.
There is a Samsung Frame TV, and characterful touches throughout, including a mid-century cocktail cabinet and a glass floor panel set into the boards. Kitchen and Dining The kitchen has marble worktops and a matching splashback, pale wood units, an induction hob, an integrated double oven and a Quooker boiling-water tap. A small breakfast bar with stools sits under a window looking onto greenery.
The kitchen opens to a dining area, with a marble table that comfortably seats six. Bedrooms The principal bedroom is a generous size, with an emperor bed, fitted wardrobes, a dressing table and large windows framing treetops and the period buildings opposite.
The second bedroom has a double bed, built-in glass shelving to either side and a leafy outlook over the garden. Bathrooms There are two bathrooms, one with a heated towel rail, plus a separate cloakroom on the garden level. Garden and Outdoor The living room opens onto a paved terrace with an outdoor table, and usable outdoor space like this is a real rarity so close to central London.
Please note the garden itself is communal, shared with the other residents in the building rather than private to the flat.
There is a Weber BBQ for warmer days, and we ask guests to enjoy the space considerately.
