The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Thoronet.
It has a floor area of 135 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The single-storey accommodation is laid out as follows: - An air-conditioned living area of 55 m² with a sitting area (TV, sofas, armchairs) and a dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: dining area, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet - One bedroom with two single beds (90×190) - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet Outdoors: - A private, unheated 9×5 m swimming pool, open from 1 April to 30 September.
It is secured by an alarm and comes with sun loungers, garden sofas, a parasol and an outdoor shower - A south-west-facing terrace of approximately 250 m² with furniture - An enclosed garden of over 2,500 m² - A pétanque court - A children’s play area For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, high chair, cot, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The house is ideally situated in Le Thoronet, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting.
You’ll have access to all the essential shops in Vidauban, less than 10 km away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, a market and more… Activities: - Vineyard tours within a 10 km radius - Provence Aventure – Water sports centre – Tree-top adventure course, around 12 km away - Dracénie Provence Leisure Park, around 10 km away Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park on the property (up to 6 vehicles). A private car is essential to reach the accommodation. For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Les Arcs-Draguignan, approximately 20 km away - Nearest airport: Toulon, approximately 60 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.
