Rudgleigh Lodge is a delightful single-storey lodge situated in Bristol, Somerset.
Boasting bright, contemporary interiors, well-thought-out décor, an enclosed patio and allocated parking, this self-contained retreat is a welcoming choice for couples seeking a romantic getaway, while the sofa bed provides additional sleeping arrangements when required.
Park up and head inside to discover the open-plan living space, where the kitchen, dining area and sitting area come together to form an inviting setting for your stay.
Put the well-equipped kitchen to use and prepare a favourite meal with the oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher at your fingertips, before gathering around the dining area to tuck in and plan the next day's adventures.
As the evening unfolds, settle back on the sofa and find a film or series on the Smart TV with Netflix, with the sofa converting into sleeping space for two additional guests when needed.
When sleep calls, make your way to the super-king-size bedroom.
Start the following morning with a refreshing rinse beneath the walk-in shower, then step outside with your morning coffee and relax on the furnished, enclosed patio before setting off for the day. When you are ready to explore, a shop, pub and river can all be found nearby, placing everyday essentials, refreshments and a waterside stroll within easy reach.
Spend a day exploring Bristol city centre, where you can admire Bristol Cathedral, discover the city's maritime heritage aboard Brunel's SS Great Britain, or browse the collections at Bristol Museum & Art Gallery.
For time outdoors, take a wander through Blaise Castle Estate, Ashton Court Estate or Leigh Woods, with Conham River Park offering another scenic setting to explore.
Alternatively, make your way to Cribbs Causeway for its selection of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities.
Venture further afield and uncover the historic city of Bath, walk through the picturesque landscapes and villages of the Cotswolds AONB, or bring along a picnic for a trip to Severn Beach.
Whether you're seeking city attractions or days spent discovering the surrounding area, Rudgleigh Lodge makes a welcoming base for your next stay in Bristol, Somerset.
