On warmer days, step outside to the rear patio and take a seat among the furniture, a lovely spot for enjoying a morning drink before heading into Bristol or returning to after a day of adventures.
When sleep calls, retire to the family bedroom, furnished with a double and single bed. In the morning, freshen up beneath the walk-in shower before planning another day exploring the city and surrounding area.

The Smithy is a house consisting of a studio-style open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. There is one family bedroom with a double and single bed, alongside a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. A highchair is available for an additional fee. A travel cot is available on request for a £30 charge, requested 7 days prior to arrival and paid directly to the host. Outside is a rear non-enclosed patio with furniture and off-road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.7 miles, pub 0.4 miles, lake 1.7 miles, river 6.6 miles.
