The Boathouse is a fourth-floor apartment consisting of an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, a dining area, and a sitting area with Smart TV and access to the enclosed balcony. The bedrooms consist of two king-size rooms, one with French windows opening onto the balcony, and one with an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed balcony with furniture overlooking the harbour. Parking is available in local car parks and is payable on site. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub and harbour 0.1 miles. Note: Paid parking is available at Britannia Car Park, a 5-minute walk from the property. Note: Spa packages are available by request and paid directly to the host. Note: Basics utility welcome pack included. Note: A travel cot is available on request for a £30 charge, requested 7 days prior to arrival and paid directly to the host.
