Woodland House is a bright, contemporary detached house situated in the outskirts of the popular city of Bristol, Somerset, offering a welcoming retreat for families and friends, along with two well-behaved pets.

Step inside and make yourself at home in the sitting room, where you can settle down together in front of the Smart TV after a day spent exploring Bristol and beyond.
When mealtimes call, head into the contemporary kitchen to prepare a family favourite using the ample amenities available, before gathering in the dining table toasting to your getaway with a glass of fizz.
When the sun is shining, step outside to the enclosed rear patio, where furniture provides a lovely spot for drinks or alfresco dining in the fresh air. Woodland House consists of a kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, and toaster, a separate dining room, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a family room with double and single bed and two double bedrooms. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Highchair available at an additional cost. Travel cot available on request at a £30 charge, requested 7 days prior to arrival and paid directly to the host. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture and off-road parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.2 miles, river 2.5 miles.
