Orchard View consists of a kitchen/diner with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a sitting room with TV, and a utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, ground-floor double, and two singles. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, along with a cloakroom with basin and WC. Central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Highchair, travel cot, and stairgate are available on request at an extra fee. Outside, there is off-road parking and an enclosed rear garden with gravelled area, lawn, furniture, and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.6 miles, pub 0.7 miles, river 0.3 miles, lake 1.8 miles. Note: Hot tub available at an additional charge. Note: Spa packages are available on request and paid directly to the host.
